PSM Energy Saving Principles

High pressure-type filter control system uses micro-magnetic field and electromagnetic balancing techniques, and adjusting the three-phase equilibrium to provide practical power to equipment load. With the introduction of new high-tech special materials to absorb invalid power and multiple harmonics, it help excludes excited current to associate the series to the meter and main switch bus bar circuit, enabling the various electrical equipment of users to operate within the practical current and best quality electricity, while achieving energy saving result.

High pressure-type filter control system is a combination energy saving device with corresponding three-phase coil. The internal structure is designed with combined series reactor and parallel self-dual fixed coil, attached on a three-cylindrical core. The interior comes with high-order harmonic waves (three, five, seven harmonics) from the power filter transmission and distribution lines.

From a structural schematic view: when the input voltage is applied the to R-S-T terminal, the voltage will be added to the group of coils, and output voltage will yield from the series coils and parallel coils.

As the magnetic flux (produced from the excitation coil inside the series coil) is generated by the intersection of the magnetic flux of the excitation core on a three-cylindrical iron core, this will bring balance to the magnetic force of the three-cylindrical iron core, and thereby yielding a roughly equal quantity of magnetic force, causing greater balance of the output electric voltage and electric current, as well relative quantity, leading to electrical voltage stabilizing on the set target value.
